Motorcare Warranties Ltd Commercial warranties provide two levels of cover against Mechanical Breakdown for new and used van and truck vehicle group classification (A-F):

GILT COVER

The Gilt Cover reimburses all mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle that were manufacturers original fitments except those listed below.

Components NOT Covered

• Cracked cylinder heads and/or failure to valves as a result of carbon build-up
• Body, paint, glass, interior / exterior trim
• In-car entertainment / communication systems and connected equipment
• Catalytic Converters
• Wheels
• Airbag and system cables
• Electrical wiring and wiring looms
• Normal wear and tear / service items and other components subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair or replacement such as brake frictional material, clutch facings, wiper baldes / rubbers, V belts, hoses, light bulbs / units, tyres, batteries, exhaust systems

GOLD WARRANTY

The Commercial Gold Warranty reimburses the cost of repair or replacement of the main components listed below - full parts coverage is available on request.  Items not listed are excluded.

• Propshafts
• Electrics
• Fuel System
• Steering
• Braking System
• Cab Components
• Turbo Charger
• Engine Management (ECU)
• Suspension
• Retarder
• Castings

It should be noted that the warranty does not cover failure due to wear and tear.

Service materials such as oils and fluids, belts and filter elements are not covered.  Similarily the rectification of external oil and fuel leaks is not covered.
